MOSAIC STEPPING STONE

Learn how to create a beautiful mosaic stepping stone for your garden with stained glass. Choose from provided patterns, then cut and place cut glass pieces onto mesh, then adhere to the stepping stone using thin set mortar. The instructor will do grout demonstration. Your stepping stone will be grouted for you, which you can pick up the next day.


Materials provided by student: A 12x12 paver sold at Ace hardware, safety glasses, dust mask, glass nippers (the instructor has extra nippers if you do not have your own) and a snack.   There will be a 15 minute break for lunch.


Materials provided by instructor:  glass, mesh, thinset, grout.


Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Class fee for ASA members: $55

Class fee for non members: $60
