Mosaic Stained Glass Window Hanging.

Learn how to create a mosaic window hanging using stained glass. Choosing from provided patterns, you will learn to cut using wheeled nippers, then glue glass onto clear acrylic. The instructor will also demonstrate grouting technique. Your mosaic will then be grouted for you the following day and will be ready for afternoon pickup. Glass cutting tools are provided, but if you have your own, please bring them. 

Students must wear either safety glasses or reading glasses.  Face masks and vaccination proof required.


Materials provided by student: None

Materials provided by teacher:  Mosaic Wheeled Nippers, Glue, Grout, Acrylic Glass, and Patterns.

Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Material Fee: None

Class fee for ASA members: $50

Class fee for non members: $55

Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
