We will explore 4 methods of creating abstract art using acrylic paints.   This fun-filled class will introduce new methods and new materials.   Anyone can create beautiful abstracts.  We will create 10 images and at the end, we will combine them in to one sensational display of your work.  This class will continue past the five weeks into an "open" session, which is free to ASA members.  

Student experience: Some experience helpful but not required. 

 

Materials - Teacher will announce if supplies are needed for the next class.


Materials provided by instructor
Many new art supplies and techniques.

Class fee for ASA members $90/Class fee for non members $100

Minimum: 6 students     Maximum:  12 students

Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
