This is a 1 day class

Explore more decorative aspects of polymer clay in this workshop. Clay “tiles” will be cured and pieced into your designs that may cover one or more surfaces. Use mica powders and gilding pastes for shimmering results. Try painting techniques to enhance surfaces.
Please register by November 29.

Students:  Sculpey clay in colors of choice 2 oz packages x 4 or more. Wood or metal box of small to moderate size. Embellishments such as metal or glass beads or rhinestones and other “doodads”.
Instructor:  A variety of acrylic paints, gesso, adhesives, stencils, texture stamps, cookie cutters and molds to create textures and designs. A limited variety of embellishments. Three polymer clay dedicated craft ovens to cure the clay. Glue gun.


Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Class fee for ASA members: $75

Class fee for non-members: $80

Registration cancellations will be accepted
Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
