Greetings to all ASA Displaying Members,
The Holidays are getting close. Thanksgiving is just around the corner. The ASA will continue its tradition to display a Christmas Tree complete with member ornaments for sale in the Beachstone Gallery. This opportunity is open to all ASA members with display privileges. If you like to make ornaments, this is your chance to create and offer for sale your special one of a kind items. Please create your ornaments suitable for hanging on a typical Christmas Tree.
All ornaments must be delivered to the Beachstone Gallery intake area between November 1st and November 25th. A special bin will be provided within the intake area for you to drop off your ornaments. If your ornaments are fragile, please take time to wrap them in tissue or bubble wrap, which is available in the Art Intake Room. Art inventory and pricing Instructions will be provided near the ornament storage bin.
Depending on the amount of received ornaments, the ASA may limit how many of your ornaments are displayed at one time. Every effort will be made to display ornaments from each participating member with extras stored for refilling as ornaments are sold through the remainder of the 2019 year.
