Subject: ASA Update March 14, 2021
From: Artists' Studio

Hello members and friends of ASA. Spring is almost upon us and in the spirit of all things new and growing we wanted to draw your attention to the classes posted on our website. We’ve received feedback that members of ASA and the public miss the classes.  We’re excited that in April we will start them again and wanted to let you know right away.

Your safety is always of the utmost importance to us, so we are keeping the number of students in the classes low enough to allow for ample social distancing. Masks will be required and there will be one student per table so you'll have a lot of room to stretch out with your supplies and enjoy your time.

We look forward to adding more classes as the Spring/Summer season progresses.

The classes we've added so far are below. Just click on the class title to be taken to the webpage for more details and the opportunity to enroll.

Beachstone Gallery Display Change - Coming in Early April

Spring always brings such hope with increased sunny weather, daffodils and the flowering trees.  Let’s welcome Spring with our new exhibit.  The theme is Flora and Fauna.  So appropriate for this season.

Our display change is scheduled for April 5 - April 8.  Please pick up and drop off your pieces April 5th and 6th.  The Beachstone Gallery will close on April 8th for the display change.  You may leave your artwork in the back art-intake room.  We have many pieces left over from prior display periods, some for many months.  We ask that you retrieve them to help make room for incoming artwork.  Remember, to display art in the Beachstone Gallery you must have paid your 2021 dues with the added display fee.  If you haven’t yet paid your 2021 dues, it’s easy to do on the ASA website.

Price tags and inventory sheets will be available in the gallery.  Please fill in the price tag and tape on the back of your artwork and fill in the art inventory sheet.  When removing your art, also note it on the inventory sheets.  The inventory sheet helps us create display tags and track what artwork is in the gallery.

If your artwork requires special handling, or if you have any questions please contact me.  I so look forward to seeing everyone’s art.  Please make this exhibit the most hopeful ever.  If you haven’t already, start painting those daffodils!
