Thursday Guided Open Studio with Arlon Gilliland
One of our most valued perks for ASA members is here Thursday afternoons! 
This Thursday, SEPTEMBER 22nd from 1 to 4 pm, Arlon will host his weekly Guided Open Studio in the ASA Classroom.  This week will be about painting ABSTRACTS WITH DIFFERENT TEXTURE TECHNIQUES.
Arlon has  sample paintings and photos for reference or you can bring in your own photos and ideas to work on.
 
You are most welcome to come and work on a painting of your choice during this time.
 
Registration is not required but UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE please be prepared to wear a mask.

OPEN STUDIO EXPLORATION  OPPORTUNITY

ASA members enjoy free open studio.
Besides Tuesday's Mosaic open studio and Arlon's on Thursday's, you now have another opportunity for Art Exploration on Wednesday's.  Host Bonnie Holubetz will facilitate a hands on, group learning and discussions.  You're going to love this.  Check the calendar for dates.

Take a look at all of the classes offered at ASA this fall.  You have so many to pick from,  Steve Rutherford is leading his popular class tempera batik.  We have two new instructors Carol Ross will teach Sumi ink on clay-board and  ALXSw will teach you how to photograph your artwork.  Bonnie Holubetz will again offer her wildly popular, multiweek class creating abstracts.

The SUMMER brochure is here, if you are an artist, and would like to teach a class, please notify Jeanette Mahoney

The winter and spring classes were great, painting, dyeing, mosaic, mixed media, some old favorites and perhaps something new in the season.  Brochures can always be picked up in the ASA classroom.
