   "BEACHSTONE HAPPENINGS"

QUARTERLY RE-HANG

Hi, Folks,

Our next quarterly rehang ......The WINTER RE-HANG will take place on Tuesday, January 3rd. Artwork needs to be in the studio by Monday, January 2nd.

A combined reception with the Pacific Artists’ CoOp Gallery will take place on Friday, January
6th from 5:00-7:00 pm.

NOTE: if you need to bring your work in after Monday, you must contact Kathy Cope or Richard Sogn
ahead of time to make arrangements. Work will not be accepted after Monday without prior arrangement.
Also, please take note that any artwork presently hanging in the Gallery will be taken down and taken to
the back utility room to be picked up as soon as possible by the artist. If you wish to have any or all of
your artwork rehung, you must notify the Gallery chair by Monday, Jan. 2.
1. To qualify as a member with display privileges, you must be up to date in the payment of your ASA
membership fee of $50. This allows you to participate in the quarterly Gallery hangings and also
secures a bin for matted art pieces and a section of shelf on the card gallery.
2. Your art must be wired for hanging; sawtooth hangers are not acceptable. We will not accept bulky,
heavy pieces to be hung on the walls due to liability concerns for your art and others’ safety.
3. Please place your protected art in the intake slots under the copy machine or on available tables in the
Studio. Fill out appropriate forms.
Hold Harmless Agreement (annual)
Intake form for checking art in and out

4. Current size guidelines are as follows:
3 small pieces (up to 12” per side)
2 medium pieces (up to 20” per side)
1 large pieces (24”-36” per side)
5. Only the Gallery committee is allowed to organize and display art unless you are bringing in an
additional piece to replace one that sold (must be close to the same size as the original piece). No
additional display equipment may be brought in unless arranged through the Gallery committee.
Members may not move any art, their own or others, once the display is hung.
Thank you for, once again, helping to make this an outstanding display of artwork in the Beachstone
Gallery.
