Thursday Guided Open Studio with Arlon Gilliland
One of our most valued perks for ASA members is here Thursday afternoons!
This Thursday, MARCH 2nd from 1 to 4 pm, Arlon will host his weekly Guided Open Studio in the ASA Classroom.  This week will be about painting GOURDS: FIRST BY PENCIL DRAWING THEN PAINTING WITH WATERCOLOR OVER THE PENCIL TO GET A DIFFERENT EFFECT.
Arlon has  sample paintings and photos for reference or you can bring in your own photos and ideas to work on.

Registration is not required but UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE please be prepared to wear a mask.

The next ASA critique group meeting is on Tuesday. February 28th  at 5PM.

IMPORTANT: This meeting is dependent on the weather as it may be below freezing Tuesday evening, please check your email before coming to ASA. I will send out an email by Tuesday noon if it's going to be cancelled.

Please join us for a friendly conversation about our art.  It's a fun way to meet ASA members too. Art criticism is useful for all creative individuals, not just trained professionals. It's worth seeking constructive criticism to help you grow as an artist.

The ASA art critique group meets from 5-6PM the last Tuesday of each month.
The group is open to all mediums and all skill levels of artists.
Pre registration is not required and free to all ASA members AND new for 2023, guests can come for their first meeting FREE.

I hope to see you there,

Tory McOmie
