In this week's Thursday open studio, we will explore fantasy dragons. The session will be led by Arlon Gilliland. Photo references will also be available, but you may bring your own as well.

Reminder: The ASA Gallery will be reset on March 30. This means new art should be dropped off (and old picked up) on March 29.

March 31 - Potluck
2026_03_potluck
You are warmly invited to join us for a Potluck on Tuesday, March 31, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

This evening is all about coming together—sharing food, conversation, laughter, and the creative spirit that makes our ASA community so special. Please bring your significant other or friend who might like to meet ASA members, a favorite dish to share (homemade or store-bought—both are perfect!), and we’ll provide the rest: good company and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Schedule
5:30-6:30 - Eat and socialize
6:30-7:30 - Announcements.
Presentation Topic & Speaker--Bonnie Holubetz: Framing Your Artwork

2026_garagesale_beads
April 17-19 (from 10am-4pm), ASA will participate in the city-wide garage sale. Member extraordinaire Kathy Cope has been getting ASA ready for the event. A decorative carousel horse is on display in the gallery. ASA is selling raffle tickets in order to fundraise with this beautiful item. ASA is also looking for volunteers to help with tasks before, during, and after the sale. Contact Kathy to sign up for a helper shift!

ASA received a large donation of beads from one of our members. Anyone who is interested in purchasing beads before the garage sale should contact Kathy to arrange a time to come and see what's available.

We Need Your Voice!
The ASA Board is looking for a few friendly faces to join our Marketing Committee and help us share all the good things happening here.

If you enjoy chatting with others, making connections, and spreading the word, this is a perfect fit. We’re looking for help posting our classes and featured artists in free community outlets, reaching out to local venues, and finding new ways to let folks know what ASA has to offer.

It’s simple, it’s social, and it truly makes a difference. Come be part of helping ASA grow—one connection at a time. Respond to artiststudio@asaart.net
