Explore polymer clay as the basis for mixed media art. Condition, manipulate and alter the clay using a variety of techniques. Create a small work of art using clay, textures, acrylic paint, mica powder and “doodads”.
Materials students must provide: 3 blocks of 2 oz Sculpey clay – you choose the color(s).
Materials instructor will provide: Wood substrate and limited assortment of embellishments. Available to students for use during class workshop: tools, work surface, and other materials (paints, glue, texture & rubber stamps, clay cutters and clay ovens).
Material Fee: $12
Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Number of Students: Minimum 4 / Maximum 8
