This is a 1 day class
Students will discover styles of existing art that will inspire their own art style. Preferred pallets of color will be chosen to use as a base to start. We will be exploring a place to begin a possible series of paintings based on experiments done in the classroom.
Students will provide: Cell phone/computer to view art. Students are encouraged to bring their own paints (acrylic or watercolor)
Instructor will provide: Paints, china markers, charcoal, catalyst wedges and other useful tools.
Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
Class fee for ASA members: $45
Class fee for non members: $50

Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
