If  you are, for any reason, unable to get your work in by that date, contact me (text: 541-264-9222), email: beachwalkinlady@hotmail.com or gallerycoordinator@asaart.net) and I will try to work something out.

1. HANGING PIECES MUST BE WIRED. SAWTOOTH AND OTHER TYPES OF HANGERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. contact me if you have a question about the hanging apparatus on your artwork.
2. Each piece needs a display label and the small label PAA uses for sales. Please fill out BOTH types of labels for each piece of art.
3. Instructions will be laid out on the table as usual. A Hold Harmless form must be signed for 2024.
4. The number of pieces an artist can submit will be based on size and available space:

*1 piece: no larger than 40” on a side
We have limited space for large pieces. It may be that not all submitted pieces will be able to go up in any one show. I will choose pieces based on first come/first served and whichever ones fit best in the space available.
