PARTY TIME
 
This Tuesday (tomorrow), November 26th, is our Birthday Party Member meeting.  Come, have some cake and bring your questions, comments and problems to discuss.  The meeting will be from 5:00-7:00 although you are welcome to come earler (4:30 or so) for some extra socializing.
An RSVP would be appreciated so I'll know how much cake and ice cream to bring. (please, no gifts) Thank you

ASA will also be holding their annual Christmas Party and gift exchange on Sunday, DECEMBER 15TH from 2:30-5:00.  We're hoping as many of you as possible will come as it is a good time to recap the year with our accomplishments, problems and future plans.
 
We will also be electing new Board Members at that time, and here are the nominees: 
THESE MEMBERS WILL BE VOTED ON AT THE DECEMBER CHRISTMAS MEETING.

ASA is looking for someone to manage our website.  Ruth Hugeback put this website together and has managed it for years.  Recently, she was able to pass it on to Char who has also been our class coordinator.  Unfortunately, neither will be continuing in those positions.  If you have some website experience and would like to help us out with this, we would really appreciate that help.
If you are interested in either of these positions, please notify a board member: Steve, Michelle, Cindy, Bonnie, Kathy or Kim.
 
  
Thursday Guided Open Studio with Arlon Gilliland
One of our most valued perks for ASA members is here Thursday afternoons! 
This Thursday THERE WILL BE NO OPEN STUDIO DUE TO THANKSGIVING,  DECEMBER 5TH WILL BE THE NEXT OPEN STUDIO..... Arlon WILL BE HOSTING his weekly Guided Open Studio in the ASA Classroom.

 
BE CREATIVE AND FEEL FREE TO TRY NEW TECHNIQURES.
 
 
HAVE REFERENCE ART
 
Registration is not required but UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

What is art if you don’t have fun? This is an "Open" explorative, abstract class for all levels where everyone is both student and teacher.  Every week will be a different technique or approach, some new, some old, using a variety of mediums and surfaces.   Come prepared to play and learn. 

Student experience: Beginners are welcome, no experience necessary.  This class is for everyone.  New processes and new materials with which to experiment!


Comments: This is an open, drop in class.
