Subject: SPRING REHANG
REMINDER!...ARTWORK FOR THE SPRING REHANG MUST BE IN THE STUDIO BY SUNDAY MARCH 30.
You are welcome to bring it in sooner than that at your convenience and store it in the intake area underneath the printer.

You must be a paid up ASA member with hanging privileges to participate in the rehang.

Requirements for size and number of pieces will stay the same.  However, it is very possible we will not be able to hang more than one large or two medium or small pieces per person.

Up to12" per side: 3 pieces
Up to 34" per side: 2 pieces
Up to 6" per side: 1 piece

Hanging artwork MUST have a wire for hanging.  Artwork with sawtooth or tab hangers will NOT BE HUNG.

Each piece of art requires two labels...a black-banded card label for the wall and the small PAA label for the back of the piece.  Labels and paperwork will be sent out on one of the tables the week before the rehang.  Before then you can find them in one of the drawers in the gray cabinet next to the bathroom.

Garage Sale, April 18-20.  Donations are coming in but we welcome more.  One of our biggest donations has been an extensive collection of beads donated by Debbie Klahn.  This is what she had to say about the collection:

A large stock of DIY jewelry supplies purchased from Fire Mountain Gems and Beads will be available to buy at the ASA Garage Sale (April 18, 19 and 20).  Most every item was priced at the lowest end of their value and the supplies are of good quality.

Included in the inventory are the rare Swarovski Pears, Crystal Passion Pearls, Czech Fire-Polished beads, drops/beads made from either glass, polished glass, quartz, or 30% crystal.  Many other gemstone beads/drops made from amethyst, carnelian, garnet, agate, black stone, obsidian, tourmaline, peridot, Malaysia Jade, Magnesite Turquoise as well as Bamboo are in the mix.  Findings, seed beads and threading materials will also be for sale.

This is a great opportunity for jewelry makers to stock up their inventory at "LOW PRICES!"

The beads are presently being held by Kathy Cope and are available by appointment tomorrow headers who might want to check out the inventory ahead of time.
