2B or Not 2B - Introduction to Drawing the Figure

This is a 8 day class
This class aims to improve your drawing skills and confidence, through some pencil techniques, but mostly by lots of figure drawing exercises. Be prepared to be the figure subject for brief periods of the class
Students Please Bring: Drawing board, 2 each of HB, 2B, & 6B pencils, charcoal pencils, exacto knife and blades, eraser, 14"x17" Strathmore Sketch Pad-100 Sheets (available from DickBlick.com)
Expected ability Level: Some experience helpful but not required
Class fee for ASA members: $40.00
Class fee for Non-members: $80.00

If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
