Acrylic Pour Basics

This is a 1 day class


This class is designed for a person with little or no experience with acrylic pouring.   The student will learn paint preparation, mixing and pouring using one or more dirty pour techniques.   The finished product should stay in the studio overnight and be taken home the next day.

Materials provided by instructor: 1 canvas board, 1 wrapped canvas, paints, additives, cups and stir sticks.

Students: Please wear clothing that can get messy. 

Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

Class fee for ASA members: $40

Class fee for non-members: $45

Number of Students: Minimum 3 / Maximum 8

Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
