Serious students wanted - Come and explore the technical aspects of professional watercolor paint and paper. Practice how it reacts to different substrates, how it reacts next to other paints and properties. We will go over the basics and how to relate the properties of the materials to how we can use them in our art. We will work on projects to learn these principles.
This is a 6 week class on Wednesdays replacing the Open Studio on those days.

Student experience: Some experience is helpful but not necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
