This is a 1 day class


We celebrate one of our local birds, the brown pelican with this techniques class in watercolor.  We will use salt, palette knives, and other ways to create texture.   Color is enhanced using a drop in method.   Individual instruction as needed.


Students:  
Bring any watercolor supplies that you already have.   Additional supplies will be available for purchase from the instructor.

Instructor:  All materials for the project will be provided. 


Expected ability Level: Beginners welcome, some experience helpful.

Class fee for ASA members:
 $55

Class fee for non-members: 
$60

Material Fee:   $5 to be paid in class

Number of Students: Minimum 4 / Maximum 12

Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels or withdraws from a class:
One week or more before a class begins, a cancellation fee of $5 for ASA plus the amount required by the instructor will be charged.
Less than one week before a class begins, no refund of registration and materials fees will be made.
If one or more classes in a series are missed due to student absence no refund will be made. Make up sessions may or may not be offered at the discretion of individual instructors.
ASA will make every effort to conduct classes as scheduled. ASA will attempt to remain open during inclement weather. If necessity requires, ASA will cancel classes and studio activities whenever local school closures occur. If ASA cancels a class for any reason: A full refund of class registration and materials fees will be made.
ASA will make every effort to notify students of class cancellations at least one week in advance.
