Hello ASA Members and Friends,
Isolating, wash, wash, wash; mask making or buying, missing our loved ones and friends, learning new skills like online grocery shopping, physically distanced visits in friend's driveways giving new meaning to "bring your own" drink, chair & mask; while not being able to visit our local Library or attend ASA Open Studio with Arlon, "what a long year this has been!! I know you have all been worried and the term "Covid fatigue" has become a new norm!
At our recent ASA Board meeting we shared some new ways of communicating and sharing, safely, with our many Members. One suggestion was to have a Newsletter, full of news and pictures from different Members. A way of "seeing" fellow Artists' latest works. Also in the early stages is an online Gallery Show and a "store front" idea for selling your Art.
We invite you to be excited with us and join us by submitting your ideas and sharing with each other. Do not worry about a professional presentation, we are here to help you and honor your Art! Submit your photos and/or ideas to Marilyn Wolverton at secretary@asaart.net, let’s do this!
Arlon and I will get the ball rolling by sending pictures of what we have been up to in the next couple of weeks. We hope you'll enjoy seeing the pictures and, in turn, send in some of your own.
I wish everyone continued good health and love!
