ASA NEEDS YOU!
ASA is a 501c3 organization founded by Maude Wanker in 1942 and remains dedicated to providing affordable art education to the Lincoln City area as well as being a center where people who love art can get together to create, display, and share their work.

ASA is run entirely by volunteers, so we need your assistance to keep operating and growing. Volunteer opportunities range from helping maintain the grounds around the ASA building, to contacting instructors to answer any questions they may have, you could help maintain the ASA website, or distribute our art class brochures when they’re published quarterly. If you see a need not listed, you are always welcome to let us know of your willingness to assist in other areas as well.

Right now, we are in special need of someone to take over the Treasurer position as our current Treasurer will be leaving the Board on June 1st. As Treasurer you are part of our Board of Directors and will be meeting with the rest of the Board once a month. The Treasurer receives all invoices and requests for reimbursement, tracks the classes and processes the payments to instructors by compiling all the information and taking all the information above to our local accountant who takes that information and cuts and mails the checks.

Please consider being part of ASA and our mission of affordable art education.

You may contact any of our board members with questions and or interest in the Treasurer position or any other volunteer interests.
